Excellent minor league ball park. Very nice concessions. Inexpensive way to enjoy baseball for the family.

After purchasing 2 gowns upstairs, I made my way downstairs. There I decided to buy lingerie in the Dillard's shop. I was approached by a sales person to ask if she could "hold" the 2 items in my hand. Two pair of ladies underwear. It definitely made me feel uncomfortable like I was approached as a "Potential" shoplifter. First time and last time shopping at Dillard's.

Stopped in for a few items in the women’s section and was happy to see Sadia to now be at the Mentor location. She was very helpful here as she was when she helped me back in December at the Beachwood location.

I wish I could GIVE LESS STARS but I am leaving this 5 star review since there employees are very hard working. It is a SHAME and VERY UNFORTUNATE that their management doesn't see that and has very unprofessional conversations in front of CUSTOMERS. Remember kindness always wins :)
