Failed to mention that they don’t calibrate your sensors after windshield replacement and we have to take it to a dealer to wait even longer for this to be fixed. It’s like a bakery without a mixer. Useless and unapologetic.

My auto window technician, Jesse, was great. I believe he went above and beyond, especially after he showed me how damaged the back frame was. He unbent the wiper arm mount and he managed to clip the window in even after I damaged the clips. I did not need to go out and purchase window clips

Customer service and technician both very nice and helpful. Fixed the crack in my windshield and it’s hardly noticeable now. My tech explained everything very thoroughly. Hope to not have to replace a windshield but would definitely call Defender if it was needed.

Our windshield was cracked on a weekend and I filed an insurance claim shortly after. I realized then that I forgot to up our glass policy and full replacements were running $500 for the deductible. A few calls later and I canceled the insurance claim. Defender was less than the deductible and did the job the very next day. I received a call when the technician was in-route. He was professional and quick, removing, cleaining, and replacing the windshield. Provided all the info on when I could drive, what do to, etc. Would recommend 10/10.

Very quick and easy, Defender auto glass got the part quickly and instalation was couple hours they took care of all paperwork with insurance companies. They made an unfortunate situation good again, Thanks Defender

Everything about my experience with Defender Auto Glass - Mentor was top notch including their communication throughout the whole windshield replacement process and quality of work that was done! I am from the Akron area but chose to use the Mentor location so I could get all the work done at once (replacement and recalibration), they didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend using Defender Auto Glass - Mentor!!!

I've had work done there and i wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.I got a quote within a couple of minutes,scheduled an appointment the next day.I dropped it off on 7/12 at 8 am and they were done by noon.I would highly recommend them if you need any glass repaired on your car or truck
