Food is always great as usual which is why we come back. The service however wasn't the greatest this time around, we had a baby with us and the waitress hardly came around. As a party of only 4 adults + 1 baby and a reservation I think it's unacceptable for us to be there for just over 2 hours.. Then to be given the bill & not come back, I had to go find someone to close it out they proceeded to go look for the waitress for us.

The food is okay. The pizookies are honestly the best part and the drinks were good. The Sals chicken was a lackluster in flavor- it honestly tasted like boiled chicken prisoners would eat. Burgers are good, I'd stick with fried foods if I were coming back. The service was okay. He seemed nice but like we were an inconvenience being there.

I had the chicken salad with strawberries and my partner had the jambalaya. Both were very tasty selections. I thought the beers were on the pricey side. Our server, Laura, was a hoot and we enjoyed our conversation with her. I'd come back again.

Incredibly disappointing experience. We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation despite there being tables available. What we later learned is that although not terribly busy, they only had 3 staff working the kitchen so they were trying to slow seating of people. We waited 25 minutes for chip and spinach dip, and our meals took an hour to deliver - half of the food was cold. Supervisor came to our table several times to tell us it was almost ready but that wasn't the case. The chicken tortilla soup was nothing like pictured on the website and they forgot the avocado. My husbands steak had great flavor but was as cold as a stone by the time it arrived. Two people in our party of 8 joined us a bit late - they also waited over an hour for wings and a hamburger. By the time it arrived, they had to pack it up to go. Our waitress was friendly but never cleared plates; they kept piling up and I had to take them to a wait station. The bill came and I saw we were being overcharged for four drinks - charged for doubles when singles were ordered. At this point I decided to speak to the manager. He apologized for the food being so late and said he would comp the two meals that had to be packed up to go, and he would fix the drink pricing and comp the chips and dip. Nice gesture and appreciated but really was overdue as nothing was offered but excuses until I complained. He did take off the food as promised but only fixed the pricing on one of four drinks. I let it go as frankly we needed to get out of there. $14.25 for a Tito's and soda!! We were there for 3 full hours and spent close to $400. Total rip off.

Our server was excellent. Bringing the children goldfish crackers and little tins with 3 pieces of fruit in them was brilliant. Just enough to keep the kids occupied but not to fill them up before their meal. Everyone was happy with their food and it was a great experience all around.

Good dining experience overall. The reservation was honored and ready upon arrival. Erika was our server and came to the table frequently to check on us. She provided good insights about the BJ's beverage lineup. She made a couple of suggestions based on what we asked for and she did great with that. Erika was cordial and professional. There were no issues with the meals either. The food was prepared as requested, well portioned and at good temperature. Thank you for a nice dining experience. Jorge

Friendly service. Sampled a couple of the BJ's craft beers and I enjoyed both. I had the fish and chips - very good - and my wife liked the traditional burger. We will be back.

The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. The service is good. Our server was very kind and accommodating. Our meals were really good. The only thing that I was a little disappointed about was that they took the Zoodles off the menu. Other then that we enjoyed our meal.

I have eaten at BJ's a few times and have no complaints. I loved the prime rib and pork chops. I have recommended it to many of my friends. But my last visit Oct 1/2023 wasn't as good, I only ordered 2 appetizers instead of a dinner and they were over cooked and not worth the price. I should have just ordered the prime rib again. Our bill was close to $100, we had 3 beers between us. Maybe it was a bad day, so I will try 1 more time. Not Happy

Took forever before we were asked what we wanted to drink. Drinks were wrong, some of the appetizers were not received. Manager came over about 4 times but she was no better. Ordered baked potatoes but received mashed. When asked, manager stated it was her fault. She said she told staff to just substitute mashed for baked because they did not have baked. So I guess we weren't allowed to make another side selection?? Table next to us said they had same experience. Bizarre is best way to explain it. At the end of the meal, the waitress literally sat at the table and asked who had what so she could get the bill right... Taking it as “just a bad night” since we have had good service and food there before.

Service took forever. The Server didn't greet us until after we had been seated for 20 minutes. She ignored us most of our stay and there was hardly any guests in the restaurant when we showed up. Server(s) didn't deliver all our food at once. Forgot the two orders of fries and second round of drinks ordered. Second time we've had bad experience at this restaurant. Won't be back again.

Have been to BJ's several times and has not disappointed. We were there at 6pm and it was slower, probably due to the Memorial holiday weekend. Our waitress Diane was great and very helpful with recommendations. This is one of our go-to places.

This is a good BJs. The food was good and our server, who seemed somewhat new, obviously wanted our experience to be a good one. My wife said the greens on her salad could have been fresher (as compared to another local restaurant we were at the day before), but she did eat them. We were seated quickly and BJs always seems to be extra attentive to our OpenTable reservation. All in all, a decent experience.

Overall, This was a good experience. Our waitress was brand new and they were definitely very understaffed. It made the wait time long for food and drinks and any returns to the table or rare. Having said this, she was doing a great job. Just had too many tables I think
