Not sure how to feel about this place...we like our counselor but trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare!! They will not let you schedule any more than 2 weeks out but they never have any openings within the 2 weeks!!! CROSSROADS PLEASE review your scheduleing procedure and change it!!

Have been trying to make my son an appointment since December 20th , we had the assessment, I provided all required paperwork yet they still can not find my son in their database and can not schedule an appointment. I have left several messages both with a Tera and a Katy but no return calls . It is very unprofessional... read full comment

Was not allowed to switch my nurse practitioner like a "normal" person despite serious reservations. Was forced to procure reasonable care from a more distant provider despite not having my own car - which they are aware of. Their convenience is more important than your need. And they harbor incompetence.
