The best gym/ community you could ask for. I've been with Mentality for just over a year, and the coaches and other members are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and offers a supportive environment. I've been to a few other crossfit gyms over the years, but Mentality is unbeatable.

Unequivocally the best workout experience. Proper training delivered with genuine care. You’re missing out if you don’t give it a chance. Never, ever, regret the days I come to workout!! Blessed beyond measure?

Great place for a drop-in! I was in the area for work and hope to come back again. The facility is top notch and so were the folks there. I felt very welcome and got a great workout. Wish Mentality was in my town!
