One of the employees is extremely rude (the guy with blonde hair). I would not recommend this location due to his lack of professionalism.

Ordered same day delivery and never received my products! When I called the store to ask about it they said “they have nothing to do with that....” completely useless. Now trying to go through corporate on the whereabouts of my purchase which has also proved to be useless

The ladies that work there like to not greet you when you walk in. They stood behind the counter the entire time and whispered and laughed. I went to return my item and I wasn’t told or aware of the fact that i was unable to return a clearance item. This is the worst cosmoprof location. They are rude and snobby. I will not be back.

I don't normally do or post things like this but i can't help myself. Today while practicing social distancing i went to cosmo prof in mentor to get some color. The sign read taking phone orders only. So i called in and talked to an associate, she went around and gathered the items i needed! She told me my order would be ready in a few minutes to pick up, to which i responded take your time I'm outside! I then plain as day hear another associate make a rude a** comment about how she knows i know that I'm unable to do hair from home and then rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away. First of all mind your Own business lady as I'm a stylist out of work and going crazy in the house, second of all i know the rules and am following them! I like many many stylists have been laid off, and miss working and being creative! I'm also an educator and part of the job is knowing what products work well with others. Again not that it's any of your business lady but i simply wanted to feel important and useful and creative by playing with my manakin ! So again thank you so much for your judgmental and piss poor attitude through the glass! I spend a lot of money weekly as well as monthly in your store and because of this experience and the way you made me feel i will not be returning! It takes nothing to be nice people!! I would like to point out though the original associate who took care of me was amazing and super kind!
