I had a great experience with Confident Car Repair. The owners were very friendly and professional. I appreciate how thorough they were with explaining cost and the breakdown of repairs that were needed. I'm looking forward to continuing to go to Confident for all of my car repair needs!

Bob and the other guys at Confident were pretty much the only mechanic I used the entire time I lived in Mentor. I just moved out of state and had a less than stellar experience while trying to get an oil change and it made me miss this place.Bob was always pleasant and accommodating and I never felt taken advantage of or pressured to get a bunch of other unnecessary services. They always took great care of my car. You won't find a better place in town.Services: Tyres

Brought my pickup here for rear brakes, and to have my overflow tank replaced due to a leak. Was charged $780 and had to bring it back because I almost ran into a semi on the way to work because the brakes darn near didn't work. They were worse than when I originally dropped it off. Terrible unless you have no other choice I'd stay away from this mechanic.Service: Brakes
