Excellent sales and service departments. Recently purchased a Ford Bronco. I am very happy with the vehicle so far. Just finished my first service visit. Recall parts came in after. They sent their Mobile service car out to my office to install the parts a few days later.

Extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new truck just about a year ago. It was just back to classic for service, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a service department ever. John was great, the techs were great, very happy that I chose classic Ford for my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing in the future from Classic.

Paul facilitated an extremely professional sales experience. To say that Paul provided a fair and equitable offer and trade in to a new showroom F-150 Lariat would be an understatement. His knowledge of Ford trucks in these current times of challenge was well placed and helpful in making a decision to purchase a new vehicle. Took the truck in for an oil change, rotation and an alignment. I knew this was a two hour job. I told the service writer I needed to be out at a certain time to get to another appointment. I was given a loaner truck. Tho, I only had the loaner truck for 45 minutes, my truck was finished when I got back. I settled up and drove away. But note, upon checking into Yelp, I received $10 off service!

Underwhelmed is an understatement. Found a car in their online listing and made an appointment to see it. When we arrived, the car was dirty and full of dog hair. The sales man admitted that it was a new trade in that hadn't actually been inspected yet, so they didnt know if there were defects or if any repairs would be needed. The sales guy himself went full 'used car salesman' with tired old lines and was pushy when we said we were going to consider other options. If you see something you love, Im not saying you should rule it out, but I expected better.

I have bought quite a few vehicles over the course of my seventy-five years, but my recent purchase from Classic Ford was the best experience ever. My husband and I found a low mileage 2020 Ford Edge SEL online at their Mentor dealership and called salesman Paul Gayhart to make sure the vehicle had not been sold since we were traveling almost two hours to look at it. When we pulled into the parking lot, he had the vehicle sitting right in front ready for us. His knowledge of the car really impressed me. I had a lot of questions since this Ford Edge was seven years newer than the one we were trading in. We had been to two other car dealers, and I had heard “I’ll have to look that up” several times, but Paul was very familiar with every aspect of this vehicle. His friendly jovial personality was a plus. After an initial test drive, we got down to business. Classic Ford gave us the trade in amount we had been hoping for. Paul completed the necessary paperwork, and we made plans to pick up the vehicle two days later. When we arrived, our “new to us” Ford Edge was all shined up, sitting out front complete with a full tank of gas. Paul had completed all the necessary paperwork in advance, so all we had to wait on was a call from our insurance company to confirm a few details. Paul also explained that we have a fourteen day money back guarantee on the vehicle if we are not completely satisfied. My husband and I drove away in our beautiful new purchase, definitely very satisfied, not only with the car, but also with salesman Paul Gayhart and all the staff at Classic Ford of Mentor.

Classic Ford was great! They were super flexible in working with me and did a quality job on a major engine repair. My Cam Phasers were shot on my 2016 F-150, so they had to do a complete timing job on my engine which is a huge job. Grateful that they provided a loaner vehicle to me while I waited for the repair to be completed for a week. Truck is now running great, would come back to them again for any other major repairs that I need.

We were on a trip from North Carolina. Had a mechanical issue with our vehicle. They worked us in when no other dealers would. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. If I lived in the area, this is where I would buy my next truck due to the service I received.

Drop the car for an oil change and waited in the lobby was very clean air conditioning along with water and coffee provided. You get a free brushless wash I opted out but is available to you. Friendly staff I got text video of the inspection which is a nice touch.

When every other dealership was adding the ridiculous surcharge “market adjustment “ they did not. When I had a few issues,they responded and took care of my concerns quickly. I have had multiple normal services on my Maverick, service was outstanding

Todd at Classic Ford did a great job throughout the whole process of ordering a raptor. He was attentive and quick to respond to all emails. No pushy sales tactics and after a couple months and the truck was on the dealer lot they honored the original price we agreed upon even though many dealerships are selling them for higher then MSRP. From sales to Finance the process was smooth and honest, I would recommend Classic Ford Mentor to anyone looking for a exceptional car buying experience.

Just bought a Civic from Jake, and I couldn’t say enough good things about him and the Classic Ford team. The buying process was simple, and they were accommodating. On top of that, before driving off Jake noticed that my tire pressure was low and drove it into the service center to fix it, and asked me to call him if it was low the next day. As small as it was, it meant a lot that he was willing to do that, and made me even more confident in my purchase. Thanks guys.
