Very predatory. Requiring me to pay 3,456 dollars to get MY own car parts back. This money is got their estimate and storage of my car for a week (while they were on a four day holiday for July 4). Their estimate was almost ten thousand dollars more than the repair shop across the street. 16 thousand VS 6 thousand. Even charged me 1.4 hours to open their gate for my car at 75 per hour. Be very careful

This company rips you off. They do a tear down on your car before the insurance company even comes out to inspect it, over charge for everything and then will not release the car if you want to move it to another place unless you pay for the tear down that is over 1k. Do not take your car here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amber was a sweetheart and super helpful... However the attention to detail on the inspection was sub par. Whoever inspected it obviously doesn't make their bed in the morning...

Tried 3 times to get them to fix multiple issues with repairs they made. They did not communicate what was going on and took weeks longer than expected with no communication unless they claim they have completed the job. They never even called about a back-ordered part they got in. They even tried to have me pickup my vehicle a couple days after drop off and come back in a week to work on my vehicle, when they claimed the paint booth needed repairs. They claimed to have tried to diagnose a rattle they caused but only drove the car off the lot one time, I know because I can track my car and review each trip. Ended up at the dealer on my own getting their mistakes fixed properly. I’ve tried to contact the “director” multiple times with no response. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. My car looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend DCR to anyone who has an accident.

They were a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the results. My car looks like new. I will encourage any one to take their car there to be fixed. They were really nice to talk to and they know their business very well. They are great.

Great repair shop. They go the extra mile to deal with the stressful job of dealing with the insurance company that it less than helpful. Everything worked out much better than expected. Repairs were done perfectly.I will definitely go there again if needed.
