The branch manager Ashley did not take care of my concerns. When I asked to transfer money, the teller took out the money and put it right back into the same account. This caused my account to be overdrawn. The bank took out an overdraft protection fee. Ashley said it was my fault. She actually was yelling at me and wanted to know why I didn’t contact them right away. I told her that I had cancer surgery. I also said I may even close my account. She said I was threatening her and that is why she was yelling at me. I shared my concerns with corporate and still have not heard back!! We have had our accounts with them for over 25 years and I am truly disappointed with how Ashley and this bank has handled this! Where is the leadership and customer service?? If I were looking for a loan or to opening accounts, look elsewhere!

They are unable to handle money properly. The literal one job they are supposed to excel at. Teller messed up. Depositing money back into the same account, instead of checking and results in overdraft. Following this, overdraft fees, and they borrowed on a line of credit and charged interest. Their customer service, especially Ashley the branch manager there, is terrible. Despite all of this, closing out the account. If you want a good bank, don’t bank here. Had to call up the chain to corporate to get everything fixed.

I’m in the process of buying a new car and I had to get a cashiers check? I didn’t even know what that was, and it was for a lot of money so I was a little nervous from the get go. On top of that, I lost my debit card, I had checks that needed to be deposited, money transferred from one account to another… I was prepared to be there for awhile. Payton helped me out and made the experience not only super smooth, but super fast too! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and I didn’t even have to wait for the new card to come in the mail.. Everyone was very friendly and the free candy iced the cake!!!

I have been doing my banking with Citizens for 35 years. The staff is always friendly and the wait time usually isn’t long.

Been going here for many years. Nice people.However, they recently changed their ATM software, horrible! Takes 5 minutes to go through all the screens for a simple withdrawal, and gives big bills which are hard to spend. Tried to change preferences, but screens got messed up, gave up. How about a simple plain d*** ATM?

I requested a withdrawal of $20,000 of my own money, not a loan, and they had to order in the cash. Sad state of affairs for the American banking system.

I wasn't sure who to contact, for I am hearing impaired. I got injured by your outdoor teller machine, it closed down on my hand, and could had hurt my hand bad.. My parents in car were terrified seeing my hand getting stuck in the tube thing with the door slamming on my hand.. I tried ringing and the new girls were upset that I bothered them.. I think u know me by my last nameIf you want me to come and I could give my phone num and email address there, not on this media thing. I wasn't quick enough to reach it and was driving a different car.. I appreciate you guys as a customer and I trust you that we can get it solve. Have a good week. My hand hurts but not broken

UPDATE- This place used to be lower then dirt. This place has really uped there A game from F- to B+. When applicable IF at all I will update to an A+. Good job keep up the Great wrk.

This branch has by far the greatest employees. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a friendly smile and my needs are addressed right away. We work closely with Tiffany and Brandon and they both go above and beyond for me anytime I need them. I highly recommend this location for any of your business needs.

If you deposit funds into an account and leave them there untouched for greater than 1 year this fine institution will consume those savings at a fee of $5 @ month. KINDA DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A BANK - MAKES SENSE TO BANK ELSEWHERE! No resolution I'm just out!

Love the ladies at the teller windows. They know me by name and they are always very pleasant and willing to help. I've banked with this bank chain for many, many years, through all the name changes and locations closings etc...
