Chad and the other teller are ok, Jason on the other hand has no customer service skills and should look for a new career. Not helpful at all. Rude, disrespectful, and condescending on several occasions.

Great bank branch, never more than 2 minute wait . Everyone there is very friendly and actually talks like humans rather than corporate robots . The other guide that wrote the bad review calling the manager names sounds like a disgruntled employee, silly review.

In my experience, this bank is ok it's friendly staff help me out a lot, clean atmosphere was refreshing, the only thing is after opening my account I found out I had to wait for my debit card, and I didn't like that to much overall nice place

Well reviewing banks seems silly to me but no one has yet! Chase is the Goliath of banks and the bank with some silly fees, such as transferring money between accounts is subject to a$5 fee after a few a month. It is silly what a lot of the banks charge for these days. However their customer care people in the bank are very friendly.
