I’ve been with Chase for years. I’ve never had any issues until coming here. I went in to withdrawal money I received from a wire transfer. The money was in my account, available and able to use, but after the teller went and spoke to the manager they said, “It’s still pending..so we can’t do anything until it clears.” I said, “So I can go to the ATM and withdrawal the money or go to the store and spend the money, but you can’t withdrawal it?” She said, “well we can do some.. like 1,000?” Which was 10k less than what I was trying to take out. My ATM withdrawal limit is higher than that. I told her I’d go to another branch, which I did and they did exactly what I asked with no issues. I even told them what happened and they said they were surprised. I manage a business, so this is not something new. The wire transfer was available for immediate use. The teller wasn’t very friendly either. I won’t be using this branch again.

Our business does our banking here and their staff is great. Bill the manager, Thelma, Cheryl, Amber and Celeste are very friendly and know how to do their job. We have never had a problem.

Terrible customer service, practically non-existent. Unfit staff, terrible location and just rude employees. Made me switch banks, actually.

Allison is THE worst bank teller I've ever experienced. Went in to add a person to my account and two accounts ended up being made. One account was overdrafted even though the card was not used and we were charged an overdraft fee for the tellers mistake. After being treated like we were stupid and dealing with the rude banker the accounts were still not corrected. Had to end up closing both chase accounts. Very upset considering I have always loved Chase bank. For future reference to anyone going to this chase bank to open an account DO NOT BANK WITH ALLISON.

I'm a truck driver form Illinois and i stop by this branch for a few things I needed help with. Thay gave me free checks, free notary, free envelopes for my paperwork. Very helpful people here. I loved it

Went into the plaza blvd. Chase branch with an account issue not expecting much. I was on my lunch break. I honestly didn't expect much when walked in the door but was instantly helped by a teller. The personal banker greeted me with in 2 mins. He listened and understood my issue. He quickly checked my account and knew how to deal with what had occurred. I had an unusual fraud issue but he treated me with respect and was empathetic. He was able to fix the issue with no run around or throwing any fees what so ever. I was probably there a total of 15 minutes. I have never left a review for anything, but I but felt like had to mention this experience. I went in upset and anxious, and i left feeling relieved and most important my account issue fixed. I recommend anyone that ever needs to deal a personal banker to deal with this branch and this young man. (Not sure if i should put names on here.)
