I went in for a balayage and was given heavy highlights in the front with hardly any blonde in the back stating that this was what I had wanted. I've gone in and talked to the stylist stating how unsatisfied and unhappy I am. Upon the corrective appointment she tries to reschedule so I ask for a refund because i would rather go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. She states they dont do refunds. Any reputable salon will give you a refund of some sort of its not what you wanted. I have cried so much over how my hair looks. I am a stay at home mom that gets to pamper myself maybe once a year and this was what i chose and what i got was not right. I asked friends who know stylists and asked them with pictures of my hair and what i wanted and all have said it looks bad and not even close to the inspo pic. Im over this. I just want a refund so i can have somebody else fix this. Ive been going to this salon for 5 years with no issues and this is what happens to me. Basically sorry you got what you got. So disappointing.

Very friendly professional and timely. Awesome stylists. Cuts my grandson's hair perfect everytime. Highly recommend this establishment.

I just got my hair cut here by Theresa and she did amazingly! It came out even better than I imagined, and she knew exactly what I wanted. She even took the courtesy of braiding my hair before the initial cut so I can donate it. The price was incredibly reasonable; I will definitely come back.Thank you, Theresa!!Service: Haircut
