Drove 25 min to get here. Says open online. Open sign is on. Doors are locked, no one’s in the building (it looks like) and no one picks up the phone. 1:20pm. If you want to close on Sunday at least be upfront about it. Sad

Received poor service on more than one occasion. Called another store looking for specific car parts and was informed that the Mentor location had them. Given unpleasant glances by customer service rep who really didn't appear to want to help. Not going to speculate, but I can read the writing on the wall ?

The guys up here are very helpful and prompt. Especially Bobby, he helped me find the best wipers for my car and told me how to maintain them. 10/10 service.
