Had an issue with the sound insert and another one was overstuffed at a different location. We came to this one to get them fixed and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The sound insert at this location was much clearer as well.

We took our five year old to the Great Lakes mall yesterday. He’s never been to the store and Melody helped him through every step explaining what she was doing. She was so incredibly wonderful which made the whole experience more memorable.

Always a great experience! The workers are always super nice which helps me feel safe and I can enjoy the experience that way. Quality of product is high. A lot of budget friendly options. Add ons are fun too, though. I highly recommend.
