The issue I have is that I didn't even get a hair cut. Was my very first visit and went in and the woman at the counter asked if I was her appointment, Shelly. I said no and she then looks at me like she's exhausted and explains her appointment is coming any moment. Asked if that means I can't get a hair cut? She said no you can but that she was still looking for Shelly. Like I'm sorry I'm not Shelly? I told her it felt like I was bothering her as she then complained she was the only staff there and Shelly was due any minute followed by a nearly comical eye roll. At this point it was obvious I was bothering her and I had no reason to reasonably believe she'd spend the proper or quality time doing my own hair (because she made it very clear she would only have time for a simple hair cut) so I told her I was leaving and she seemed pretty okay with that.
Like I don't get how short staffing and a late appointment adds up to treating a random person like this at all. What if I had wanted a color? It was pretty clear she didn't want to give me the time of day. So 0/5 really as I couldn't even get the services I wanted to be done in a professional manner.

Selina is awesome!
Stylist: She is thorough, personal, professional and asks questions about the cut. She doesn’t make you rushed. Does a great job. Been going to her for several years.

Your text message system sucks! When I arrived there were two of us booked for the same Stylist at 1pm. Also, I texted you when I arrived and received no response. Your text system sucks - did I mention that?!
Stylist: Selina is a phenomenal stylist! Always takes her time to give you the best cut. She’s also a great person! She’s why I keep coming back.

I enjoyed my visit at Supercuts. My appointment was very enjoyable and I love the hair color and hair style I received from Holly!

Booked through phone. Was 10 mins late, they still had 15 mins, but they said they closed. Then don’t put the time up as 8. Doesn’t make sense. I came at 45, and I had called in before. Crazy
