Meh ... not very many people working up there, or not enough rather..I finally gave up after wandering around, unable to find any help when I went to the customer service to ask if they had any photo printer paper in stock, which I was told that she didn't think so.. felt like a big waste of time to be honest, but the customer service girl was nice enough.

Horrible customer service staff that work at the Mentor location. They don’t even seem happy to help you, more less irritated they have to actually assist customers. Once they see what you came in for they don’t even bother to come back and check on you to see if you’re ready to purchase. Lazy, rude and impolite customer service staff. Got it. Will just go to Microcenter as planned. They seem to have exceptional customer service staff there that really appreciate their customers!

I was there yesterday to buy a TV. Nobody asked me if I needed any help loading it onto my cart. A customer had to up me roll it up to the front. Your employees have HORRIBLE customer service! Nobody offered to help me.

Decent people, decent prices. Automatic phone answering sysyem is horrible!!!Makes you not want to buy stuff due to the phone hassle. Will shop elsewhere when possible.

I've been having some technical difficulties with some of my household electronics, so I've had to deal with Tom and his crew over at Geek Squad. Tom was very helpful and informative. I'm also glad I'm a total tech member because that helps me soo much especially with cost.
