Poor management. Poor customer service. When you try and call, they re direct you to some call center in China or India. And then your problem is still not resolved, and you have to drive there anyways.

A big thanks to your front staff...being handicapped, and not being able to get around that good, approaching the end of my endurance, I went up front, and to assist me they opened up a register to save me from walking more....congratulations on a very good staff..

There were two boys that worked there that deliberately left the laptop area when they saw us coming in and even made eye contact with me as I tried to get their attention but continued to walk to the far side of the store to just stand there waiting for closing time. We knew exactly what we wanted and thankfully there was a nice young lady at the customer service desk/checkout that helped us. I will not be returning to this best buy again as there are too many other stores to choose from. Microcenter had never treated anyone I know this way.

Did a lot of standing around waiting for somebody to come and help, once I finally did get help he was actually pretty good at helping me out. I don't think I would go back again if I have to stand around as long as I did I can't help it you lock things up that's not my issue.

Today I was helped by Zoe (I think that was her name!!) she was so fantastic and answered every question I had. I’m so thankful! Recommended great products for me for exactly what I needed. I recently started working from home and have tons of equipment that my current tech stuff cannot handle. She helped me with excellent recommendations! Wonderful customer service from her today. Give her a raise!!
