Spoke to a lovely young woman in Customer Service this morning. Received an email that was obviously a scam. Normally, I write down the name of the person that I’m speaking with….but I was kind if upset and did not. I was disappointed with Geek Squad over an issue that was finally resolved when the third techie looked at it. But ya gotta have tech support
