I am a new client of BAEHR INS./Erie Insurance and I couldn’t be more proud of this company. They really stood by me and i am a new customer of only two months and fixed my car after my accident. I had a rental car and my car was at D&S automotive in Chardon all in the same day of the accident. They worked very fast to get things started. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. What a great insurance company thank you Mr. BAEHR for having such a great staff And for working with D&S Automotive in Chardon. You two make a great team!!

It was time to look for new insurance, called Baehr Insurance. They responded quickly unlike others. Filled out the forms, they sent me quotes.I called talked to Missy,she answered all my questions .Decide to go with them, saving money.

I needed to separate insurance for my auto and home from a joint policy. I reached out to Baehr Insurance and told the agent of my situation; and before I was off the phone, I had a quote in my email. She explained the quote to me and I could have signed electronically right then. She didn't pressure me when I mentioned I was waiting on another agency's quote.I had more questions once I received the other quote; and I reached out to my Baehr agent. She offered to make an in office appointment with me to go over both quotes. She not only explained to me the similarities and differences between the two quotes, she guided me in other options as well. As always, she was professional, kind, patient, and very helpful. Needless to say, I signed with Baehr!
