I needed a battery and called a couple different times with questions. Each person who I spoke to at mentor AutoZone was helpful. Since Eastlake is closer I also tried them. I was put on hold when asking for a battery and nobody ever came back to the phone. Moral of the story go to Mentor. The manager is great there

I spent $90 cash and used a gift card for some of the purchase … When I tried to take back some of the stuff I couldn’t use they wanted to give it back in a gift card instead of giving my cash back !! I tried to explain that I used my cash too but the “manager” acted like he didn’t even know what he was doing or what he could do to help!!! I wasted about 30 mins while he tried to call corporate or whatever and after all of that ??? Absolutely nothing and ended up leaving with all my stuff !!! I wasted time, Gas, and was sooooo angry after I left !!! I will never, ever go to Auto Zone again and Highly recommend you don’t either because all they want is your money and the customer is never right there !!!!

I think I am finally done with autozone. it seems like every time i go in there to get parts or something as simple as an oil filter. Most times i am quickly greeted by an employee asking me what I need and 75% of the time I am given the wrong item and end up having to come back to the store again to swap it out. The most recent time of course I did not have my spare car and was stranded at home. They have all of there white delivery trucks sitting in the parking lot all the time so I called and asked if they could deliver me the correct filter cause I have no means to get back to the store. There response was we only deliver to business accounts. Welp alright then guess ill take my business across the street to oreillys after i get the correct oil filter for my truck.

I needed a new battery installed last Friday ASAP. Other places didn’t have the battery I wanted and/or couldn’t install til next day or even Monday. AutoZone had the battery I wanted and installed it as soon as I got there. Free of charge. This is a great car parts store with a crew that knows what they are doing and truly want to help. Thank You!

Manager went out to parking lot to see what was wrong when part of my fender detached and was flopping around. He immediately knew which part to pull off the shelf and installed it right away. A very unsettling situation was resolved is less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much AutoZone of Mentor!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Had an issue changing out my old windshield wiper because whoever did it before I bought the car, installed it incorrectly. They took the time, and care, to switch it out.
