“Love this place.I took my 2019 Q5 in because the light on my dash indicated a drop in pressure in a front tire. I also needed new batteries for my remote, which Patrick replaced as I was explaining it to him! It took him about 5 seconds.I had no appointment; I just walked in for an assessment. My tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I agreed to the work, as I travel a lot and need to make sure my car is safe.Patrick immediately secured a loaner Q5 and said the work would be done by 4:00, which was about 3 hours from the time I arrived at the dealer.I went to play 9 holes of golf, and my car was ready before I finished the round!Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, the staff is always wonderful!I’ll will not go anywhere else for Audi service!”

I was given a loaner truck. Tho, I only had the loaner truck for 45 minutes, my truck was finished when I got back. I settled up and drove away. But note, upon checking into Yelp, I received $10 off service!”

“My check engine light came on while driving to work this morning. I pulled over and happened to be right by the O’Riley auto parts store. I stopped in and was immediately offered a warm welcome, followed by, "How can I help you today?" I asked the young woman behind the counter, Shermaine, if she could run a diagnostic test on my car. She happily obliged and was able to recommend new spark plugs as a solution. I immediately purchased new plugs and was able to install them myself. This completely resolved the issue, and my car is up and running perfectly. When I asked Shermaine what she thought about the issue, she offered to give me her boss's card, as he’s a mechanic and would be better suited to answer my questions. Shermaine really went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. The prices were affordable, and the customer service was stupendous. This store will definitely be my preferred auto parts store moving forward. Give this young woman a raise; she deserves it.”
“Nate, Dee and Staff are absolutely fantastic! Ran into some hiccups with my wife’s 2024 Kia carnival and they were so very sincere in wanting to make sure our needs were met and the vehicle was back on the road. Most recently we discovered we had a defective battery and in less than 24 hours of having it towed to the service center my wife’s van is already sitting back in our driveway.
