Audi Mentor is a great place to buy a car or to have it serviced. They are not out to make a quick buck, but they aim to establish a long term relationship with a satisfied customer. They do what they say they are going to do and they have a high commitment to delivering service at the highest level. I also can attest to the due respect they give to their female customers, which is not something I have always experienced at other dealerships.

The process went smoothly. But the salesman said the brakes on the car were pulsating because it had been sitting but it did not stop. So I need to get new front and rear brakes on my car I’ve had for one day. Doesn’t seem like they run their preowned inventory through any type of service.

Blake sold me my first Audi and now my second 10 years later. Of course he is professional and knowledgeable but also patient as I worked thru the details of my new car. I also appreciate the Audi Mentor service department. I could have chosen a dealership closer to where I live but the trade off for service made it worthwhile for me to return to Audi Mentor.

We have purchased five Audis at Audi Mentor. Their Sales & Service departments are excellent. David Schulz, my salesman, demonstrated his expertise and knowledge as he went above and beyond in assisting in the purchase of my 2024 A5 sportback. Another major reason we return to Audi Mentor the Service department. Dale Hodge and Patrick Schudel always provide prompt and efficient service in a friendly, personable manner. As long-term customers, we know we can always relay on Audi Mentor.

I had a good experienced with Blake at Audi Mentor. He made us feel comfortable and fun. He was very helpful and made sure we get what is best for us with the car and negotiate.
Update: About 3 months in, I had a flat and need to use a spare tire, the cap removal was missing in the kit. Good thing it happened it work someone was able to help me. I contacted Black, he shipped that right away for me in the mail. I would of give it a 5 stars if it wasn't of missing cap removal. I would recommend this dealer.
