I always(no pun intended) get at least 3 quotes/estimates on EVERYTHING which i did in pricing a 14k Gold Star Sapphire Ring..I could not believe how accomodating Rachael was. Not only coming across as a wonderful person, but extremely knowledgeable and VERY patient as she ordered different mountings for me to try..Tried a couple on, wasnt sure so she ordered a couple more..On the 3rd visit and after getting 3 other quotes(yes i wanted the lowest price,and prayed Rachael would be) she quoted me the price and nearly fell of the chair..$1500 less!! No BS..Rachael and her employee(sorry forgot name)Company is the GO TO Jeweler period...Oh i priced the precise ring,and stone in all 4 places.

I was looking to change an old wedding ring I had into something I would actually wear. I went to them with the idea to make it a mothers ring and replace the side stones for my kids birth stones. They did a FANTASTIC job and I am so in love with the new version of my ring.

This little jewelry store is fantastic and the customer service is amazing as well. David was the one who assisted me. He was extreemly helpful and knowledgeable. You cannot get this kind of excellent service in one of those box jewelry stores. I will definitely be back.

I have purchased all my jewelry at Always & Forever Jewelers . I have worked with these people since they were back in the mall. I have always found them to be open and honest with all of our dealings . The quality is always what they said it was and if there was ever an issue they have always been ready to correct it as soon as possible . Seeing a negative review seems to me that the person making the review didn't know what they had and the police seemed to agree . My wife and I would not shop anywhere else . We send all of our friends and family there and two of my kids shop there now also . Great place , Great people , Good value .

My mom and I shop here. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I have repairs and appraisals done here. Also we have bought jewelry here. We love them! I recommend them for anything you need!
