I am a truck driver and this was my first time in the area. I went inside at around 2am to fuel my truck and the customer service was non existent. There were two young gentleman in the store. One was sweeping and as soon as I walked in he didnt speak, say hello or anything. He was literally sweeping newr the front door looked me dead in my face, said nothing and he works here. Once I checked out the other gentleman rang my order up and said literally nothing to me. He didnt even tell me how much was due.He was on the phone on a personal call and wouldn't even stop to greet me the customer. If I wasnt so low on fuel I would've walked out and spent my money elsewhere. These people act like they are doing you a favor by spending your money with them.Damn at least say thank you when I pay you or have a good night. If you hate your job then find another.

Normal BP gas station with 7-Eleven convenience store combined. Nice customer service. Many items that you may be looking for. Drinks, Food Hot ? food items. Coffee ☕ & much much more.

Extremely rude customer service. First of all there are 2 machines for you to put your card in, which makes things confusing. Second when putting my card in the card reader, the employee banged on another card reader, then and had a temper tantrum like a child, ( like a literal childish tantrum). I told him all he has to do is use his words. In response he said " I go through this all day long". A solution to this simple problem would be to put a note on card reader, not working or just get rid of it altogether if its not the correct device to use.The website you gave me , I will not use to write a note. It's a fishy site that I don't feel comfortable with however u can email me.

The most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen. I wish I would have ready the reviews prior. I just really needed to go which is why we stopped on our drive. Was going to use the men’s because I had to go so bad and was hit with the smell of urine that made me sick to my stomach. Beware of this place

I like this 7-11. They have cinnamon available for coffee which is my fav and a ton of both hot/ready-to-eat food and cold food available especially in the early morning. That's very hard to find in this area, NE Cleveland, for some reason. The Marathon up the street is ok if you're looking for a gas station with different flavors of Rockstar. But the Sheetz is so overpriced on everything that I only made the mistake of going there once--cleaner bathroom tho. Just make sure you already know what the price is supposed to be and watch them numbers at cashout ?

Totally recommend the shop and the gas! When you get off I-90 you might think Sheetz is cheaper--wrong! The BP gas at this 7-11 was about 40¢ less per gallon. It was clean, the machines worked well.Inside the 7-11 store they have to-go sandwiches that looked great, and fresh fruit that really was fresh--sometimes it's hard to find that when you're on the road.There was also a carwash and McDonald's adjacent but didn't use that day.Bonus: it's nice to see a lot of trees around a gas station, and the filling areas themselves were very clean.

Filthy disgusting bathrooms paired with rude and unprofessional staff make this a 7-Eleven to avoid. Stop by today I had to use the men's room my daughter used the women's room and both were filthy. Additionally the paint was peeling and overall needing to be refreshed.The icing on the cake was when I went to the register and the guy behind it was complaining because the customer in front of me had politely let him know that the woman's room was dirty. His comment was what a dumb lady has she never been to a restroom in a gas station? What did she expect? At least there wasn't s*it all over the floor like they're usually is.

(3-1/2 stars) Overall it is a good business. There's 2 ladies there that are always helpful and you can get along with. The biggest issues I have are these: when I type in my number to get my rewards, both the owner and the gentleman that works there won't allow you to either approve or decline the deal. They don't even bother asking they just clear it out. The owner automatically assumes you want to work there just because you're there a few times a week. There's one lady that works mid-afternoons/evenings that, at least for and towards me, is rude. Throws your change back at you and when she's scanning your merchandise she scams and throws. The evening/early morning lady, midmorning/afternoon lady and I'm assuming the owners relative are by far the best people I've ever dealt with. If they increased the quality of the employees or gave proper trading to the rude ones, maybe it'll be a more enjoyable experience. Besides all that, it is a good gas station with the prices being very reasonable and
