Fix you hose not only did I get soaked from head to toe, you charged my card 9 bucks for it. I will stick to drive through ones. Lesson learned trying to save little money and ended up costing me same as drive through car washes. Smh

Most Zappys car washes are decently nice but this one is in desperate need of a new automatic car wash it does not clean the front or back of your car and leaves soap on the car when done.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Absolutely disgusting job performed for an outrageous price. Avoid any company owned by the wealthy Zapatelli family at ALL COSTS. Left our van smelling absolutely horrid and it lasted FOR WEEKS. Had to hire another service to re- shampoo the upholstery and buckets of dirty water came out. Zero customer service, zero quality. I cannot recommend this snake oil auto detailing center any less.The following photos were taken AFTER the car was cleaned and doesn't even account for the smell left behind.

This might actually be the worst car wash in all of Mentor. Their “Ultimate” wash was awful, leaving soap all over my car still. I then had to pull over into one of the wash bays to get all the soap off and when I was done, I tried buying the towels out of the machine to wipe my windows and ALL of them were out.

The 1st time I tried it would not take my coupon I purchased online. The 2nd time the air blowers did not work didn't dry my car.
I also use their car wash in Eastlake It took my coupon I purchased online and did not give me a car wash and I am still waiting for my refund

By far, the worst car detailing service I have ever seen or had. Anytime a place of business doesn't care about customer service or its customers should not be in business. They stole $80 dollars from me and didn't give me the wax job that I had paid for but instead gave me spray wax with a microfiber cloth. My car was done in 30 minutes. There is no way you can wax a car in 30 minutes!!!!It looked the same way I brought it in!! The manager told me, "Oh well, you don't like it, then pay another $80.00, and we'll redo it!!!UNBELIEVABLE!! How about you fix the problem or just stick your lousy carwashes and leave detailing alone!!!!!!As long they take your hard earn money, they don't give to crap about the customer they made their millions!!STAY AWAY!!!A complaint will be sent to the Better Business Bureau.
