Their my medicine is out of stock or they take forever to fill a prescription. You have to keep calling to see if your medication in stock. If you have a prescription that comes in at 9:30am it’s still isn’t ready by 8pm. Either they need more staff or different process.

Stopped in to get a few make up replacement items. I brought my empty items in and asked the Beauty consultant for assistance. Bonnie was such a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. She was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable! Way to go Walgreens for having such a stellar customer service representative !!!Will definitely be back !!!

The cashiers are pleasant and helpful. I've only used the photo department twice, the girls I've felt with were very friendly and helpful. I've never printed anything on my own, the girl was patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge. BUT, there is one woman in the pharmacy who has zero personality. She sounds and acts like she hates her job, or like I'm putting her out. Very rude! I sure wish I knew her name. She is that way on the phone and in person! A smile or a how are you today goes a long way.

The photo dept is great. Easy to print from your phone and pick up. Great deals on printing. The pharmacy is another story. Price changes all the time. They change from one refill to the next. I went with Amazon instead.

Are you kidding me? Literally had too wait in the Pharmacy drive thru for fifteen minutes while the couple in front of me tested themselves for COVID-19. Why is this a drive thru thing to do? Real environmentally conscious of you? Line of cars with engines running and your having people test themselves?

Rude and unprofessional employees. I've been here twice in the past few years and I will NEVER RETURN under any circumstances. The employee I had an issue with has apparently been there a very long time. This occurred on 7-15-21 at 7pm if anyone cares.

I would recommend this store here particularly after a incident that occurred there less than 24hrs ago.wit a RACIST MANAGER...up waiting 2 call Corporate Now...jus very UNPROFESSIONAL...2 the Point Police were called...my VERY 1ST TIME N THAT STORE...MENTOR ON LAKE...SHAME ON U..IT'S 2020

Of all the drugstore chains I believe this one tries to give some good deals on select items. I do not regularly use their pharmacy but have on occasion due to location and convenance.

My Walgreens card gets me some decent offers on occasion. Last minute stocking stuffers for the holidays too.
