Had the oil changed on my wifes car and noticed the oil was overfilled a few weeks later. Took it back up to have the extra (0.75 qt.) drained out for optimum engine performance. Was told it was fine and going down as it settled. Guys, the engine oil will actually go up on the dipstick as the oil is draining down from the valve train. They would not do anything to meet my request, but did say extra won't hurt and is there anything else they could do on top of doing nothing. Guess nobody wanted to go down in the pit to make it right.

You don't use a impact drill to remove a drain plug.

Great service, awsome people!!! best place to get your oul changed in Lake County. No one is on commission or trying to sell you things you don't need. Just a good old fashioned oil change. I will 100% go back!
