After the last few month's struggling to get our Management Co. LMI to fill a 2 foot wide and 2 foot deep hole in my backyard has failed I am trying this as a last attempt to get this done along with fixing the landscape that also should have been done when the job was complete well over 2 years ago. I have emailed, called, and even spoke in Board meetings to get this done and Chuck the owner has done nothing to to remedy it. There is a small child now in the home and it has been discussed and I do not want the risk of a lawsuit if he gets hurt due to lack of attention from an absent Management Co.Service: Exterior structural repairs

I just posted a amended review. Not sure if it posted. The LMI team has been dealing with a difficult time. They stepped up to the plate with my condo and my individual unit. In particular Doreen who helped me from her home after hours when she was caring for her sick husband. I would hire this group . They deserve another chance.

They have been their property management group running our condominium association for a little bit over year. The fees were raised once, and now they are threatening to raise them a hundred percent and the services have gone down. The correspondence we receive from them is very harassing, threatening almost bully like not happy with the choice of management company. Hopefully the board of directors over the next year can get them removed.

Awful HOA management company (as prior reviews stated). Condensending owner, unresponsive, and doesn't follow through on commitments. After two months, still waiting on documents. Fee's have gone up 50% with service getting worse and worse. Our community is getting ready to remove them, don't make the same mistake we did.

Horrible HOA management company. Accounting errors all the time, rude and unresponsive to problems presented by the board or residents. Send letters to residents with lies trying to explain why the service of their contractors is horrible and not meeting requirements laid out by contract.
