“The employees have been nicer lately. Always well stocked. Gentleman jack is impossible to find right now but if you're looking for anything else this store is very good. Wish you could use their door instead of walking the mile through giant eagle for one liquor store purchase.”

“This is a relatively small liquor store but they really have it stocked well. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor including some very high end bottles and gift sets. The service is excellent, all the guys I've dealt with there have been great. Worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood.”
“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”
“I go here nearly every day for one thing or another. Absolutely awesome workers that carry smiles on their faces every time I'm there! I love it here, most drive thrus make me feel uncomfortable. I may have to go later for some smokes. lol ish”
“Great place, however they are not a true liquor store. They sell whiskey and other stuff but it’s diluted. Which makes them not a true liquor store. This is so they don’t have to follow specific strict rules actually liquor stores have to follow”

“This has been my go to place for "convenience store" runs since it opened because they have nearly everything I want, with the added benefit of not having to get out of the car. “Clean store. Friendly associates that always remember you. Good selection of emergency items such as sugar, milk, butter, toilet paper. The associates know you by name or car and they're just sooo friendly and helpful.The only items I hope they'll bring into the mix are cage/cruelty free eggs, humane milk, and Method or Seventh Generation cleaning products. More would be great, but those are essentials. Everyone in my neighborhood has to haul down or up to Chardon or Mentor to get these products.”

“I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that”

“Was on a Christmas gift hunt for a particular craft beer. They were listed by that beer's web site as a seller.Walked in, talked to the owner, very nice guy, and he walked me right to the product. They even had more varieties than I was expecting, and of course had the specific one I was searching for.In and out, very easy shopping experience. Will go back for sure.”
