The team at Mentor on the Lake is A#1 in experience and customer service. If they don't know it, they consult with other tax pros in the office. H&R Block trains their pros very well.If you feel so inclined, they want you to download the app and upload your documents, then make an appointment, all online.However, if you are not inclined, they will do their best to help you through the process. Drop off or stay in the office.Anyone will wear a mask if that is what you need to feel comfortable.
