Waited at the Seafood counter for over 10 minutes before someone came to help me.This is the second time this has happened. Both times there was a GE employee who saw me and didn't ask me for help. Totally ridiculous! Especially since I shop there all the time.

Good location but I mostly drive through the Tyler one now since this one doesn't have drive up. They do have a liquor store though which is fun. Giant Eagle is my grocery of choice and they have a nice get go gas station at this one. Wish produce was fresher last time I checked, but good overall and nice if I want to pick up rotisserie chicken or something for dinner quick.

Very friendly and clean store. Employees are very helpful and kind. Outstanding bakery and meat department. Really nice produce selection. Renee in pharmacy is a gem! Will in produce is so helpful! Marley, a cashier is friendly and kind and Jacob in customer service is great too! Cannot say enough good things about this store!

Oh my gosh...the bakery staff are just the rudest. Be prepared to get a scolding if you want to order a cake for tomorrow. "Your supposed to give 24 hours notice!" Then they yell bake to "Kathy" to see if they can make your cake anyway. Thanks, but no thanks. The Giant Eagle Solon was extremely helpful and kind, and I'm even able to pickup at 7am before work. No scolding or yelling required!

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Drove 16 miles to discover this. Big sign on side of building "Open 24 hours" bit really it closes at TEN.

I think it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS with the mask pushing AGAIN!! It should be the customers choice whether or not to wear one. I won’t be shopping at this store until the face diapers are gone!!!!!

hubby went to buy a birthday cake today. The clerk greeted him with "is this going to take long cuz i have to do 'something else'. He just wanted to know which one was chocolate. There were no labels. She looked and said, "I dont know. Sorry." He Had to go to the store on 615.

Giant Eagle discriminates against people with disabilities, and against people's religious beliefs! They refuse to serve anybody who cannot wear a mask, and blatantly discriminates against such people! I have video evidence of this discrimination which has been forwarded to my attorney, and that I will not share until given permission by my attorney to do so. Had a fat troll cashier call two managers to confront me for not having my mask over my nose. Prior to that I asked two managers and a meat person for assistance, none of them said anything about my mask. One of the managers who confronted me was one that I had asked for assistance. I should have just walked out. There are plenty of food stores I can go to, will not return to MOL giant eagle, I have been going there for a least 20 years.
