WORST bank ever. This bank takes your money and blames you for it. I'm surprised why this bank is Not in jail for fraud and shut down! Im closing my account.

The employee and notary in the branch refused on two different occasions to notarize paperowrk my mother a widow who needed paperwork notorized, my mother had an ID both times and an account. The second time she being Zapatelli became rude and stated " I can refuse to notarize anything at anytime" after asked for an explanation why she would not notarize it, when the job of a notary is to only notarize a paper of the client when they request it with a proper State issued ID, not to make personal judgements, even the bank manager informed Ms. Zapetelli you can notorize the papers and the notary still refused. She being Zapetteli was very rude in my opinion and since no valid explanation could be given we feel we were treated like 2nd class citizens because of our Croatian names and accents. Luckily we went down the street to chase where they have great people then there the papers were notorized. Shame on Citizens , this branch has been bad ever since they moved. No Customer Service Period! Try Chase for Great Customer Service!

The bank manager Belinda has no customer service skills and no knowledge of her own banks procedure though Belinda kept telling us the so called bank policy and basically telling us what we were telling her regarding a claim wasn't true even after Belinda heard a recorded conversation between us and the claims department at Citizens bank who said the complete opposite then what Belinda was telling us. The branch use to be great , they made changes with people, procedure and now it's very bad. Long wait times, no drive through, bad customer service and no care about issues regarding your account all Belinda was telling us to call the banks toll free number which we already did and the toll free number advised us to go into our local branch, Belinda didn't even care enough to look at our account. We had such a bad experience we are closing both accounts and our extended family together are closing another three for a total of five accounts!

Where is the drive Thru? Been banking here for at least 25 years. They move into a store front and now there is no drive thru. This is a deal breaker for me. I'm handicapped and don't need to be climbing in and out of my vehicle. Otherwise I have no problems with the bank itself.

Stole money out of my account. Asked for a refund they gave it back then took it out again the same day. Then took another 200 out of my account with out my knowledge. Talked to customer service and couldnt explain why it was taken out then hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I highly recommend banking with anywhere but here.
