“I really like this car wash. The staff are friendly and my vehicle gets really clean with their high water pressure. The vacuums are free and they have good suction. The only thing I never understood is why only the driver side gets sprayed off and not the entire vehicle before entering the wash. There was one staff member who would spray your entire vehicle off but I haven't seen him in a very long time.”
“The parts and service guys are the best around. The parts department will help find the most obscure stuff on your truck even when you are not sure if it is international. Thanks Matt and David. They also work to sell buyers parts and other brands for the best prices possible. The early opening time of 7am is also very convenient its great that I can get parts before the work day even starts.”
“Friendly staff very helpful I have soft top jeep was concerned if the carwash was safe for it they told mey they turn off top rollers and lower the psi for soft tops and they use this method for all soft tops.. YOUR VECHILE IS SAFE DO IT ?”

“I used to work in Wickliffe so I would get a car wash here several times a month. I was in the area recently got a car wash and the dryers didn't work. I contacted Zappy's on their website mainly to let them know the dryers aren't working and they gave me a full refund. Great wash and great to do business with.”
“Small, only a few bays. Workers were emptying garbage when I got there. I like you can do it yourself here opposed to driving through. Helpful tip-use the sprayer to wash off the foam brush, just in case it's dirty.**Update** you can use credit/debit cards here now.”

Although it would be nice to have a card reader or a way to get change for my card so I can get the amenities like towels or armoral. I don't carry change anymore. I mean the wash bay you can use a card why not the rest?”
