“Stellar customer service! Chrysler could not upgrade the first generation touch screen console on my 2017 Pacifica to be compatible with Car Play. I decided it was worth upgrading the console and Auto Sound Security and Access was recommended to me by both the dealership and my long time auto mechanic. I am glad I followed their advice and called Auto Sound. Matt was my first contact and ordered the component upgrade and scheduled the installation once the part arrived. The new system worked perfectly but the assigned home and work buttons were a challenge to program. I asked if there was an online manual and there was not. I was told to stop back at my convenience and they would step me through the process. Craig helped me figure it out. It was not intuitive, as sometimes happens, and he sat in my car for as long as it took to get everything the way I wanted it. And after everything was programmed, he wanted to make sure everything worked, so we spent time running through the apps to get me acquainted. I have seldom received such thorough and pleasant customer service. I know they specialize in sound and offer many services. If you need an upgrade on your car, look no further. Call them!”
“I'm extremely pleased with the work Harry and David did to repair my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. They delivered quality service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone. “Love this place.I took my 2019 Q5 in because the light on my dash indicated a drop in pressure in a front tire. I also needed new batteries for my remote, which Patrick replaced as I was explaining it to him! It took him about 5 seconds.I had no appointment; I just walked in for an assessment. My tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I agreed to the work, as I travel a lot and need to make sure my car is safe.Patrick immediately secured a loaner Q5 and said the work would be done by 4:00, which was about 3 hours from the time I arrived at the dealer.I went to play 9 holes of golf, and my car was ready before I finished the round!Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, the staff is always wonderful!I’ll will not go anywhere else for Audi service!”

“Matt was very helpful as usual. I had a nail in my right rear tire, which could not be repaired. He suggested another tire which was good for 60 thousand miles. Which I purchased, he did not try to persuade me to replace all the tires on my car. He did let me know what that cost would be. So I think I will come back and purchase three more. “Stopped in with my Yukon after hitting a deer. Herman was more than reasonable on labor and material and literally had my mirror in the next day. Had another issue with my Yukon had small amount of paint few small scuffs on fender. Took it to him again he was kind enough to drop everything and do the job right there while I waited. He's got a customer for life, just referred one of my salesmen to him that has a leaky sunroof on his vehicle. Outstanding business and owner.”

“I love Auto Zone! They saved me money! I replaced my cabin/glove box filter and engine filter for $45.02. If I had the dealer do this it would have been $100 more for my Hyundai SUV.
The great thing is John D. installed them for me in about 5 mins. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. The store in Mentor on Andrews Ave is my "go to" for reasonably priced auto accessories and outstanding customer service.”
