I hate to give a bad review as it’s not something I typically do. However, I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the furniture we purchased there especially the bed. We bought a set of couches for around $2500 one didn’t end up fitting our living room so immediately upon receiving it we asked to return it. Apparently they don’t do returns either (so be aware as we weren’t) but they offered to exchange for another Piece of furniture for equal or lesser value.(fair enough). Well we were shown a catalog with lots of pictures and not actual furniture and there were no prices on the pages. When we asked about a particular bed the owner said it was worth well over $600 and would exchange the small couch for the bed. We were disappointed when the bed came in made of very cheap and dingy mdf but we figured for our petite 3 year old boy it would do as a starter bed and didn’t want any more trouble. Well it’s been less than a year and the bed completely collapsed. The couches are also not very comfortable kinda feel like you’re sitting in a hole and the pillows are badly sagging for one year old. I doubt they will last very long either.

Wow! God is Good I was looking for a good furniture store and came across Wallace home furniture and when I tell you I felt so at home I was greeted with open arms they was so nice and helpful and on top of that was I didn’t feel like I overpaid for what I purchased reasonable price I will tell everyone this is a great place to go for furniture

We went in on Saturday, looking to purchase furniture for our new house that we are building. The prices are amazing and the quality is not being sacrificed for a good deal. Even though the pieces we want are in stock, they are going to hold them for us till our house is complete mid summer! We bought 3 couches and will be going back for more. If you’re looking for good furniture, I highly recommend you go check them out!

I bought a sofa and love seat from Wallace Furniture. And had such a great experience I went back for a mattress purchase. Rick Wallace is a stand up business man which is a rare find these days. He’s honest and gives great care when helping his customers make their purchase..Rick gives you all the information to make a wise purchase. And with free set up and delivery you just can’t beat it!

This is a smaller furniture store in a strip mall and it seemed very nice. The location was convenient to a lot of other stores and restaurants. The prices were good and the furniture seemed like it was good quality furniture. The man working there was very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful, which was nice.

My husband and I went to Wallace Home Furnishings wanting a new living room set, but had no clue what we wanted. Rick was Amazing and gave us all of the options! Thanks to his amazing customer service, we left with new living room furniture ordered and will be returning for a new bedroom set! Great service, quality furniture, and great prices! We have already been recommending WHF to friends in Medina! He was also great with our small children ?

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Wallace was so friendly and the furniture was so comfortable. He helped me pick the best couch with the best comfort for my rheumatoid arthritis that is sturdy. I definitely will recommend everyone I know to go see Rick and his store.

Nice furniture at a nice price! We found a dresser, table, and chairs all for less than what it would cost for just the chairs alone at other retailers. It was decent quality and delivered exactly on time and as stated. Rick was very helpful and provided great customer service from order through delivery.

Was looking to get some new furniture for the bedroom to replace 15 year old Ikea furniture and Rick had what we were looking for. The price was better than some other Furniture stores we went to and the quality was top notch. Rick was fantastic to work with and will probably replace more aging furniture with Wallace.
