I printed my christmas pictures here, and while looking to send them out I realized half of them were a complete different family so I paid full price for half of mine & half of another family.. However when I went there the manager instantly made it right and refunded me. The customer service was 100% there, although I am upset now who knows what person has pictures with my daughters face all over them.. but it was an honest mistake they quickly tried to make right.

Poor customer service with pharmacy technicians, not the pharmacist. Poor communication with customers. When you walk away from the counter to figure something out you could at least say “I’ll figure that out for you” not just abruptly walk away and not come back for awhile.

Pharmacy will underfill your prescription then make you feel like an idiot, after charging you and shorting you on your medication.Be sure to count your medication before leaving. Something real shady going on in there.

The pharmacy staff has always been good,The associates that work in the photo dept. are so helpful!I've printed some wonderful pictures over the last few years.I'm very grateful for the staff at that store.

I have tried maintaining a friendly relationship regarding my families medication needs over the years as I’m a bit of loyalist and hate to make changes when it comes to pharmacies; however, after countless rude encounters and missed pharmacy calls. I have decided to move on. I no longer will use them as my pharmacy and would I encourage you to find another pharmacy.

I placed an online order for 6 boxes of a product on sale. I requested it to be shipped since it showed my store was sold out. I got a text 45 minutes later that my order was delivered. I went out and grabbed the bag and there were only 2 in the bag. I checked the website and there was a message that they only had 2. I called customer service and was advised I had chosen the quick delivery option (I know I had chosen shipping, have no idea what this option is). I was charged $117 but should have only been charged $37. I was advised that it will take 3-5 business days to be reimbursed my $80!!!! That is just ridiculous!! Have you ever heard of putting your money in pending until your transaction is fully complete?? I have never heard of these practices; this isn't the 2010's!!! Also, if you can't fill the order as requested, you should contact your customer to see what they want done.

Store is a standard Walgreens but this review is for Michael "Turk" in the photo department he was exceptional in assisting us with some printing of photos and invitations. His help was gracious and very helpful. Thanks, Mike!

Email reminder stated pharmacy hours were 9 to 9 weekdays...got to the store at 5:15 pm and sign posted on door said pharmacy closes at 5. went back today (Saturday) at 10:30 during pharmacy hours (supposedly) and now posted sign says pharmacy is closed until Sunday at 10 am. I work near this store but live 25 minutes away. Running out of my medicine but can't get the refill. Looking for another store with more friendly working person hours.
