I placed an online order for 6 boxes of a product on sale. I requested it to be shipped since it showed my store was sold out. I got a text 45 minutes later that my order was delivered. I went out and grabbed the bag and there were only 2 in the bag. I checked the website and there was a message that they only had 2. I called customer service and was advised I had chosen the quick delivery option (I know I had chosen shipping, have no idea what this option is). I was charged $117 but should have only been charged $37. I was advised that it will take 3-5 business days to be reimbursed my $80!!!! That is just ridiculous!! Have you ever heard of putting your money in pending until your transaction is fully complete?? I have never heard of these practices; this isn't the 2010's!!! Also, if you can't fill the order as requested, you should contact your customer to see what they want done.

Best pharmacy I've dealt with. The staff is great, they always call you, send you texts and always on time. Great Job Walgreens!

On hold for over ten minutes. Reminded every ten SECONDS (I timed it) that I was still on hold and my call was important. Finally hung up. Please reconsider how often you need to tell people they are on hold. It was like water torture!

My prescription has NEVER been ready, very frustrating. I would receive an automated call saying my prescription was ready. Once my bf arrived he had to wait 20 mins. I could understand it happening once, but three times in a row is too much. I will be transferring my prescription!!

Walgreens Medina, Oh. 44256 : Our prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they will be, whether they are called in or dropped off. They always have a different excuse when asked why they are not ready. We transferred Our RX's to the drug store pharmacy across the street and they are on time, EVERY time.

All I want is a realistic time expectation when picking up prescriptions. Lady at the counter said a 20 minute wait and it turned into a hour long process. If it is going to be an hour just tell me I won’t wait around on my lunch break. And won’t give one star.

I love Walgreens it's more of a one stop shop being able to find what your looking for but after what I experienced today i feel like personally that this business is not bicycle friendly no where to park and or lock up and if that the case you lost me as a customer. I would show up more and give you my business but no place to park a bicycle. You have that 10 foot wide bike path and walking path outside your door. Think of the cyclist that will be stopping by in the summer for a drink and snack but no place to park wow what a bummer would that be. I would of taken my business somewhere else but I was in the area and needed a service you offered at Walgreens.
