The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was on the phone with customer service for almost a hour. Came to the store and they solved the problem in minutes.

Second time here to transfer my line from a competitor to these guys and the wait is ridiculous. It's just not worth it, after two visits, and sitting around in limbo forever, to give them my business. Won't be back.Notice in pic that I'm not the only one standing around unattended to. I couldn't even find the check-in lady to tell her I was done waiting, as she was in the back, failing to have checked in the others yet.

Helpful and attentive, as all Verizon-Owned stores are. The parking in this one is really odd, though. Verizon is the most expensive, but it is also the most responsive when you have a need or problem.

Good experience! Nice, neat, organized store, that also smelled fantastic. Was greeted immediately. Stated I needed a screen protector and the employee promptly went to the back and checked if they were in stock and came out two minutes later with what I needed. He then installed it flawlessly and I was in and out within ten minutes. Would definitely return and recommend.

Frank was amazing from the time he started talking to us to the moment we left with 3 new phones, a home internet, and a plan perfect for our family. He listened to what we wanted, and let my wife ask question after question until she understood what our plan was going to be and how to handle the perks. He also helped us make a list of what we needed to do once we left the store to maximize our perks with Verizon. Then we came back 2 days later to trade in our phones and port 2 lines over and Juan was just as patient and helped us port the numbers and factory reset our trade ins. Amazing job Medina team! 100% recommend if you are going to switch to Verizon to visit the Medina store.

Weren’t interested in helping me at all. It was a complicated fix, but the woman who greeted me basically asked me to step to the side and didn’t even take my name to see someone. Thankfully family told me to go to the Brunswick store, who were actually helpful, and after nearly 4 hours I walked out with the problem solved.

Drove all the way to the store after hours to use the 24/7 pick up and the pick up locker wasn't operational...quite the inconvenience.

Probably the worst customer service I've had in quite a while. Rude, snide remarks when. Inquiring about an offer I received through text. Didn't want to help at all. Just didn't seem like she could could care less about the customers or her job.

Wanted them to update my phone guy said he wasn’t able to do that there said I should go somewhere they had free wi-go and do it myself. Made sense you wouldn’t expect your mechanic to fix your car.

1st time I was there,bought phone employee was rude. He really didn't want to help me. I didn't want to come back...but I had to. 2nd time I was there, employee extremely helpful,he was really patient with me and answered all my questions. I just want to say thank you to Tommy!!

So disappointed. Before the pandemic, our family got all our phones from there. Went today, came in with a broken phone, walked out with a broken phone. The assign person, quoted me a price. Said there were no deals, unless you had a working phone. I can get a new phone wimy assurion plan. She didn't seem to want to take the time to tell me my options and what they would cost. The worst part, I drove all this way for nothing. And hear her say, " we don't make money off of selling phones." I don't care what you make money off of. I just wanted good customer service. Again very disappointed. It cost 229 for my phone replacement with an old model compared to 700 to 900 for an updated model. The assurion website wouldn't give me a quote unless I started a claim.

Went into decide if it was time to get a new phone, as my contract was up. I was waited on by a young man named Frank, who was very friendly, very helpful, and showed me all the options I had and allowed me to choose with no pressure. Great job. Verizon
