When I came on the first day, my motorcycle did not fit in the storage unit. I went to the office and minutes later I was in a larger unit, all set to go. The staff also called me after making my reservation online to assure that I was all set and asked if I needed anything. I definitely will recommend Valley Storage!

I made 1 call, and had exactly what I needed. I tried for over week trying to get the same from Public Storage. I tried calling, going online, in person, kiosks, talking to site operators, and nothing could process my payment. Dodged a bullet if you asked me.

Valley Storage is a well-organized business. I had to move urgently and was able to rent at midnight. The next morning my garage was ready. Facility is very clean, customer support - polite and helpful. Overall moving in and out was a very easy process. I appreciated two packs of moisture absorbent in the garage as I rented the one without AC. Thank you so much!

They are great. For instant I had a problem getting my storage open. I came them what happened and they went and spray it. I was able to slide the latch easer and get in there with no problem. I would use them again

Phone system would never take my credit card and when I paid online it wanted to auto enroll me for auto payment. Clean easy to use facilities. They even offered to come help me when my lock wouldn’t work.
