Terrible customer service. I just called to ask a question. Got put on hold for 10mins. Then when someone answered they were a call center with insufficient information about the gas station compels waste of time.

Was just here yesterday cashing a check from work. Had no issues. Came back today with my coworker to cash the same check from the same place and they said couldn’t accept it because it was a New York bank but I literally just cashed the same kind of check from the same place yesterday and other coworker cashes her daughters checks here every 2 weeks from the same New York bank so I don’t understand why they couldn’t do it all of a sudden then tried saying it’s because no addresses were Medina but on my ID and my checks address were also not Medina so I’m confused on how you can accept same kind of check from someone else less than 24 hours prior but deny this one.
