If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman, Byron, is the only great worker there. The African American woman never does a single thing, is rude, and downright doesn't give a fig about her job. By the time Byron does more than 5 shipments, she hasn't even finished one (if she even takes anybody at all.)Seven people in line behind me walked out due to the insanely long line. I waited nearly 45 minutes to mail a single, small package. I have had multiple surgeries and can't stand for long so this is just extremely ridiculous. There is not enough staff working up at the front and Byron is extremely overworked.I don't know how the woman is even still working there. She needs to be fired immediately and replaced with someone who can actually do the job and do it well. I'll be taking my business to UPS from now on. USPS continually disappoints.

when you look up a tracking number is just says at front design Medina Ohio. But where is it? It does not show address and you can't call to ask what location it's at. Nice work

Always a bad experience. Today all I wanted was postcard stamps - they have none and the explanation was they’re running out of a lot of things because they haven’t placed an order in a long time. Isn’t that what they are for and shouldn’t they carry what people need? I would give it zero stars if I could.

Walked in at 3PM Sep 21. Long line and nobody at the counter. No big deal, things happen but when I saw the Postal worker return to her station at 3:07 with the motivation of a sloth hung over from a late night at the sloth bar, I knew it was going to be a long wait. Walked out at 3:08. I'll be shipping from the next town over for a while.Have a talk with your workers and make them understand that when people have been waiting in line, it's time to do your job.

By far the slowest post office in Medina County. If you get the lady at the front desk be prepared to wait 30-45 mins. Flash the sloth from zootopia is employed here.

Efficient and kind employees. I send Depop packages and have never had any issue. It's too bad that those outdated one and two star reviews from 4 years ago are affecting their rating.

It is virtually impossible to talk to anybody, anywhere at the usps. Attempting to talk to somebody about sttempted fraud is impossible.

This is the future. People don’t answer phones anymore so you have to talk to a robot that never connects me to a human that is competent enough to understand what I’m needing to know. soon you’ll pay businesses to do their whole job LOL

This is one of the worst post offices in Ohio. My mail carrier is constantly cramming things in my mailbox that don’t fit and destroying the items. I had to yank with two hands today repeatedly to get an item out of the mailbox (yes it’s damaged…) I call and complain to the post office manager, they don’t care either. Would it kill you people to act like normal humans?? If f I could give you -100 rating I would.

When I first read that the Medina Post Office had a 2.3, I could not believe it. I've never been more wrong in my life. 2.3 is what I would give them if they deserved the benefit of the doubt. I received a pre-paid label and bag, which they mishandled, resulting in me needing to purchase another bag. Sure, it's less than $3, but for the love of everything holy, please just give me a replacement. The older lady at the front desk with less teeth than I have fingers would not budge, so I asked the gentleman counting envelops, as a horde of half a dozen people swarmed the office, if there was a supervisor. While the operation crashed and burned right before this man's eyes, he uncaringly looked up, and said "I am". He then told me to purchase a bag and when I turned away to grab one, he and the lady at the front started rolling their eyes and mocking me, thinking I didn't catch it when I turned around. I was so frustrated that I called the office to get their names so that I could file a report and they literally hung up on me and stopped answering their phones. Unbelievable, if they could have a rating of a 0.0, they would, and it would still be an accurate representation of what your experience will be at the Medina USPS.

I cant recall one good experience from this place. The most recent bad experience i had, the workers would not print my prepaid postage. Then they treat you like your crazy because there systems are outdated.

The other day I was expecting a registered letter and when I didn’t receive it I checked the tracking number and it showed delivered to an individual. I checked my roadside mailbox and there it was. Those are supposed to be signed for delivery aren’t they ?????

We are so blessed to have such friendly and helpful staff at the Medina Post Office! Every time I've been there it's been the most positive experience.A huge shout out to the manager, Kim, who went above and beyond to assist me today with a number of things. She's very thorough and helpful!
