Very disappointed with this office. Scheduled an appointment online. They called the day before 25 hours in advance to tell me that I can’t schedule online and that they have to reschedule for a month later. Even though the appointment was confirmed via text multiple times. They told me I could still be seen for a “problem” in the time slot tomorrow but couldn’t get a physical exam. Not sure how that makes sense. Don’t waste your time

The staff was kind and helpful. I love that they offered appointments ahead of time, I was able to be seen first thing in the morning.

I just stopped at the UH lab in Medina (5/28/22)I was there admittedly at 11:58 PM. The lab employee, Jennifer Baker, would not do my lab work even though I was there before closing time at noon. The clock on the wall did say noon however when I looked at my phone and my watch it was 1158. She had already shut off the lights and said that they would not be reopened until Tuesday. Very frustrating that she could have done my lab work but refused to do so even though it was not yet noon. Unfortunately, I work during the week from 85 at a job that is about 45 minutes away so getting lab work done is very difficult. I had just gotten the lab order prior to going to the location so I was unable to try to get there earlier. Very disappointed that she could not take the time to get it done.

Kaitlyn Bartell is such a great person! I brought my elderly mother in for a ua and I had to interrupt Kaitlyn with her current patient. My mother needed to go and go now. She kindly excused herself from her current patient and got my mother right in. Kaitlyn is so professional, kind and respectful to her patients it's absolutely unbelievable. UH hospital should give her a big raise. UH is lucky to have such a great person on their team! Thank you Kaitlyn Bartell.!!!! Job well done!

Nurses are all very friendly and welcoming, as well as Dr Stuart.. I have been coming to this office since I was in 4th grade and now I am 4 years out of high school, I would really like a better understanding as to why you guys double book the Drs and carry appointments every 15 minutes knowing the Dr will be with each other longer than those 15 minutes.. Every single time me or my daughter whom is 6 years old have an appointment weather it’s a follow up or an exam we wait at least 45 min before seeing the Dr and the longest I’ve waited was almost 2 hours where I had to leave because I had other appointments to be to .. I just think it’s very unprofessional with a lack of courtesy for others.. I feel this issue needs to be addressed..Thank you

When did it become appropriate to have an automated message that hangs up on the patient when one calls the department phone number or the main Health Center phone number? This is a lack of care on the part of a Health Center. As a clinician aware of the workflow inside these facilities, the electronic communications and patient portals is a poor substitute for communication with and responsibility to care for the patient. Additionally, when you are in person at the facility, the staff speak without regard as if you are less than even the next numbered person to be served. Disappointing. Being sick and arriving at UH Medina to be met with a lack of care or compassion by any of the staff adds negative stress to your experience and can make your illness worse. Choose your Health System and Doctors wisely. Consider their staff as well. You are the customer so choose your health care services, locations and staff wisely!

Be honest with people on the phone when they call. Don't tell them you don't treat certain conditions just because you're busy and don't want more patients coming in. Absolutely unethical. And the fact that you were "seeing patients every five minutes" today speaks volumes about the quality of care you're no doubt providing those patients when you're that rushed. I confirmed with 3 different people who have been treated for the condition I was calling about that they have in fact been treated here. Bad look for UH.

All the doors where locked. Receptionist watched us walk around building trying all the doors .we had to call to get her to unlock the door .the she acted like we were to stupid to work a door until she shut the door and it was locked .good thing she had keys to get back in and thank God we didn't need urgent care. ☠☠☠
