I worked with Steve to purchase a Gold Wing from Thrill Point. I was very unsure of the choice as I was debating between a few. He worked with me on the choices, was patient and available, and made the process very straight forward and easy. Having purchased from other dealerships before, this was by far the best.

Came from out of state and bought a 19 CRF450. Had to email & call repeatedly to figure out what was going on with paying off my trade in, now I’m 45 days out and have yet to receive any title work. Call today & apparently it has been sitting since January 9th because “no one told the title advisor.” So now I get to wait atleast another week & pay all the fee’s for my state since it’s now been after 45 days since purchase. I’d stay on them repeatedly if you plan on buying from out of state….Update:After posting this dealership has bent over backwards to help the situation, unbeknownst to me an internal situation at the dealership through a wrench in the whole situation. Thank you Steven for correcting the situation

Stopped in around 1:45 PM on 1-5-2024. I looked around for 10-15 minutes. I wanted to get some OTD prices on a handful of bikes they have. No employee greeted, acknowledged, or asked me if I needed any help. Will spend my money on a bike elsewhere.UPDATE: 1-15-2024Steven reached out to me after my original visit. He took the time to answer all of the questions the questions I had regarding different bikes. We came to an agreement on the bike I wanted so I made a purchase. I can't wait for it to arrive! Thanks for everything and I would do business with Thrill Point again.

We worked with Steven to purchase another KLX110 over the weekend, and the process was super easy and quick! We were planning on going to a different dealership, but they were not being helpful. I called to confirm they had one in stock, which they had several, and I was able to walk in and sit with Steven immediately. The buying process was quick and simple, and Nick in finance was extremely efficient and made that side of it easy as well. Definitely one of the easiest transactions I've had at a dealership. Took the 110 home and my husband any I had a blast all day!Update to my original review - we went back to see Steven again a year later and traded my 2018 kx250f for a 2022 kx250. Great trade in price and a great deal on the new bike. Thank you again, we will be back!Another update - we keep going back to see Steven! Great prices and great service. Thank you!
