Tom was great to work with. Explained the different mattresses and assisted us in the choosing one that met our needs. Delivery and set up was without issues. Have recommended to others!

Bad way to deal with consumers, they refusing to replace my defect mattress, They ask us to return the mattress, keep it for few days, open the mattress up to see if anything wrong, expiating me to be there too then returned ???? when I ask where me and my wife going to sleep? they just tell me that's not them problem!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Buyer beware, we purchased the orthopedic mattress. It was supposed to have good support. 3 weeks in and two good size dip’s on both sides of the mattress. We called the store and we were told to flip the mattress. Only 3 weeks old and we have to flip. What a joke!

I stopped in the Medina location a gentleman by the name of Jan was the most helpful for me that I can remember from any store. He was polite knowledgeable just a good guy. I will make sure that I purchase from him or at least gets the credit for it.

Fantastic experience! Gentleman that waited on us was very professional and knew alot about the beds on display and the workmanship of their bed frames. My wife was able to get financing to build her credit more and to purchase our king size bed we decided to go with.Original Mattress Factory made an appointment to have our bed delivered to save us the hassle of finding a way to get it home ourselves. Delivery guys were great, professional and even helped me finish putting together my king sized frame I bought for the mattress before setting up our new bed. Delivery guys took away my old mattress for me, again, so I didn't have to worry about disposing of it and cleaned up everything after they were done.Awesome job guys, can't wait to enjoy our new bed now!

I love how helpful the sales associate was. I told him what I wanted and he showed me several options, he never tried to upsell me and was upfront about pricing and delivery. I wish everything was that easy!

The mattress and service are great, but don’t bother buying the sheet set. It is not worth the money. It doesn’t fit properly and is always wrinkled.

Couldn't be happier. The Salesman (Mike) was professional, polite, and didn't pressure us into a sale. When we finally decided on which mattress we wanted, the delivery was flawless... in & out within 15 minutes. The delivery men were professional and their attitude was genuinely helpful. They wrapped the old mattress/box spring before hauling it away and took the wrapping from the new ones with them. We should have done this sooner as we wrestled with the decision of whether or not to get a new mattress for several months... now we can sleep more comfortably and no more stiff back or joints in the morning. Note: our old mattress was more worn out than we had originally thought. I would highly recommend the mattress factory and no doubt will be dealing with them again! All that's left to say is "Thank You!".

went into the Medina store looking for a twin mattress set for our granddaughter and a king mattress set for ourselves. I had called prior to our visit to check on stock at the store level. Met Tom whom was very knowledgeable and went thru the different levels of mattress. He was also very good at explaining the difference between the types of mattress available to the public.
