I love target but the employees at this location I dealt with suck. Pro tip before openly talking bad about customers, making fun of, & laughing at should probably insure they aren’t an isle away and can hear you. Whoever the crossed eyed gentlemen is working is tech area.

This store sucks and i really don’t like management they are very inconsiderate especially towards vendors . Imagine being unappreciative to the people that bring you sales and your products into your store for you . Unprofessional

I usually do curbside pick up and the employees are always SO nice and quick! Today I had to go into the store to pick up and was waiting at the customer service desk and overheard Lisa taking care of a customer, noticing a long line at Starbucks and requested help, and also dealt with a customer that was a little rude but she had a smile the whole time! Naseem helped me today and he’s always so polite. I just wanted to leave a good review to recognize how I see these people often and they’re always friendly and make target runs a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I like this target better than the walmart across the street. Only complaint is one of the reasons I go here is to look for sports cards and they are almost never stocked

Delivery driver caused a couple hundred dollars a damage to my yard target isn’t going to do anything about it. I do not like you target.

Use target, ordered groceries online. They are very fast on getting order together and fast on pickup.

Would have given a 5 star review a few months ago. Won’t honor prices on shelf “because items don’t match sku code” when there were multiple items with same description placed under sale items. Manager would not honor price when previously they would and were really good about price matching online as well, which is one of the many reasons I frequent this store. Tried to charge me 96 dollars for a 30 dollar item.
I have worked management before. This just wasn’t right. Better management and employee training is needed. I’ve noticed a big change in customer service and lack of honoring prices this past month.

Fantastic service, kind and hard working team across the whole store! Wide selection of products to choose from, including groceries. Pricing isn't too bad, especially for the quality of products you pay for. I love Medina Target!
