If I could give 0 stars I would,Tiffany was very rude,unprofessional,from the time we walked in to the store,did not seem like she wanted to help, even said we couldn’t upgrade,rolled her eyes when I pulled it up on my phone that I could,and even made threats to me because I said I was leaving due to her rudeness, I would not recommend going to this location from my experience,I went to the Brunswick location by Starbucks and received wonderful service and he actually wanted to help us and didn’t act like we were a bother for wanting to upgrade and what Tiffany had told us turned out to be not true ,we upgraded.I can only speak from my experience with this lady though I do not know about any other staff here.unfortunately since she banned me from T-Mobile I will never know about other staff here.Hopefully training will be done to fix this we all have bad days but should not be taken out on a customer

Not a good customer service employee in this store are rude.and worst especially with your employee chase i came in this store to upgrade my phone and paid my balance to get new phone instead he end up arguing with me and raising his voice and the way he talk to me I think he never seen an asian before.. . i have been customer with t mobile .. employee that give me he make me feel stupid like i dont know what his talking about he also told me he will call a cops on me if i dont leave in the store he was arguing with me instead explaining to me .. i will not forget his name chase you should not be in customer service if you dont know how to handle customer you are very rude person ..i will nit coming back with this store and im not recommending to anyone with my experience in this store i should not be putting star but he wont let me to post my complaint

The worst. Ever. Employee Tiffany changed my plan without advising me first because I took a phone call. Manager Ryan afforded no support. Yikes to T-Mobile ?

Terrible experience all around terrible customer service can never get a hold of a manager or get a callback. All employees that I’ve met are terrible at their jobs and should not be working there. Please avoid this place at all costs asked to speak to the manager and Districk manager multiple times never got a call back very rude to customers and cannot take a simple order or help a customer at all

Not the greatest customer service experience at this store. Everything thus far had been great, customer for 4 years. Only reason we had to switch to another carrier is because we moved to a rural part of Medina that doesn't get T-Mobile service. Tried to contact the customer service number multiple times to return the Internet device. Both times - the agents were sending the shipping label to the wrong email address. Such a waste of my time when other people are incompetent. Then Ahmed was rude to me trying to shush me when the customer service agent didn't know what the heck he was talking about. So glad this is finally resolved.

Local storefront of well known national wireless carrier. Courteous and prompt service esp no wait during off peak hours. Easy parking too.

My phone speaker went bad after 6months of having my phone. I went in and maciah help me order a replacement. It came in .I went yesterday to pick up. He did a great job helping me out. He even sold us a Harmon kardon blue tooth speaker.

This was a fantastic experience over two different visits. First visit, Vinny N. knocks it out of the park! He helps me with my phone that ultimately only needed to be rebooted. Vinny never made me feel like I was wasting his time. On top of this, he reviews my account and finds a strong free upgrade that was available on my account. He went through a few hoops to make it happen and told me that I can pick it up in a few days. Three days later, Vinny calls to tell me my upgrade is in. I wasn't going to make it to the store before his shift ended. He told me to see Heather B. Another Star who was excellent. Helped explain some options. This place has excellent management in place that clearly surrounds itself with other excellent people who care about what they do. Also, this store is incredibly clean and well stocked. Thank you both for making a visit to your store exceptional!

I came yesterday to take a prepaid card because in travelling around the country.It took an hour and a half to get it. It works for 5 min then nothing. I went today to an other location to fix it.In 1 minute, the guy told me thats my phone (Galaxy A8) cant take the sim card. So i paid 64$ for nothing because prepaid is not refundable.Thats very profesional

1st class all the way. I walked into the store 30 minutes before closing not knowing and Maciah and Vinnie stepped up and took care of transferring 9 lines over to T-Mobile. They stayed well beyond closing to make sure everything was done right and that we were all setup with new phones and service. They were so cool, calm and professional beyond expectations especially after closing time. Thanks for all the help! If you are paying to much for your current service contact these guys they will not disappoint!

Vinny,Courtney and Makiya were all so amazing. They helped me and my mother out and it made what usually is a pain in the butt time a really nice and painless experience. This is the store I’ll stick with from here on out!!! Thanks all 3 of you!!!

Fr amazing customer service. Great staff and shout out to the store manager for going above and beyond anything that was expected when I upgraded my phone. Would give more stars if could.
