I would leave negative stars if I could. They held my husbands final paycheck for 3 weeks, claimed to reach out (they didn’t), and when I myself went to pick it up she claimed to not know me and not give me his check. She asked me to leave, I didn’t. She called the cops, I got him his check & W2 back without a “trespassing violation”. I wouldn’t recommend this company or work here…beware!

I know what you're thinking: how can anyone get charged up about a dry cleaner? I get it. But I have to say I have always had great experiences here. Recently had for sport coats and a suit dry cleaned and they were done professionally and promptly. I guess you might say that's the way things are supposed to work at a dry cleaner. And if that were all I would have to agree and would stop at a three star evaluation. But I've had other great experiences here. There was one instance where I needed to have some buttons replaced on a shirt. In fact they all needed to be replaced because I could not find a matching button. Superior took the shirt and replaced all the buttons, refused to charge me for it. So, yes, I've had some well done dry cleaning but doesn't everyone want to do business with 'good people'?

worked there for 4 weeks. was suppose to to work 8 to 4 than owner changed it to 9 to finish! was extremely hot pressing cloths. never worked a full 40 hours. Never got paid for my last week I worked there. Called the owner, she said I'm being paid by paper check, why paper when I always had direct deposit. My friend quit and got paid by direct deposit. was not a enjoyable job for me .

Use this business as a drop off point for Arslanian Brothers to pick up area rug to be cleaned. Rug pick up on Tuesday returned there on Tuesday.. price to clean rug $100. Superior cleaners charged me an additional charge of 88.37 just to be the drop off…. I was not aware of this charge when I dropped off my rug, Tracy tells me the company has to make a profit for service only if it a drop off location?!!! I was totally disappointed in this service, will not use again, I’ll drive into Cleveland and drop off and save 20% next time ..

Dropped off our winter coats to be dry cleaned at Superior. They told me they would be ready by the weekend. As promised, the garments were ready by the time promised. The price was $64 for five coats. They were able to remove the musty smell, which was the objective. Since this is so close to home, this will be our go-to dry cleaner here on out. Good service, friendly staff, quality cleaning.

I love this place! They always do amazing work and everything is always ready on time if not earlier! The seamstress there Dee is great and my clothes are perfect every time I pick them up! This place is horrible very mean and disrespectful owners who treat employees and customers like trash place is full of drama very old 30 year old machines that break down almost daily they pay slave wages and I wouldn't trust them to dry clean curtains let alone clothes I could go on and on but I'll just keep it at that enter at your own risk !!!!!
