Appointment was at 4:10, there was a line, and all chairs were full, I was first in line. Dude behind counter kept telling me to "have a seat" I said "where?" Finally, I sat on the floor in line. After he was done with the family he was helping he came and asked everyone's name and Appointment time. I told him my name and time he said it's gonna be about 45 minutes, I told him I couldn't wait. He said well this is what happens when they double book appointment times. ... Thanks guys, had to make it to a doctor's appointment for my son at 5pm so I couldn't wait.UPDATE: I made a new appointment and after a reasonable wait I was in and out HOWEVER the guy said their payment system wasn't working and to go on the website when i get home to pay, no big deal right? WRONG! I was charged 85 dollars 3 separate times. They over charged me. When I called to find out what was going on, the lady told me it had been happening all day. Said they would give me my money back, they didn't! I had to file a fraud claim with my back. Huge inconvenience. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.

This is a great office supply store. Prices are generally higher for regular price merchandise, so I wait for items to go on sale. Especially on back to school items and stock up. They also have great coupons and deals that pop up on the staples app. The store can be confusing to navigate. Some times can be found in multiple areas of the store. Or in places you wouldn't think to look. I generally ask if I have difficulties find a particular item and they are great at pointing you in the right direction.

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. The people in the printing center are USELESS, and obviously have no idea how to do their job. They're also very rude! They couldn't even do something as simple as resize an image! I spoke with the general manager, and he's clearly just as brain dead as his employees!

TLDR - Inflated prices and terrible service18 dollars for 5 folders. 350 for a rolling chair straight from xingping China. I would be better off dumpster diving for this stuff of this quality. But I wasn't here for the wish.com merchandise. I was here for a TSA Precheck appointment (set up for 1:20 pm) and did not get in until 3:15. You can blame it on the labor shortage. But I guarantee you Staples pays 8.50 an hour. It's 100 percent their fault and they don't seem to care. I know if I were an employee I wouldn't. Not for 8.50 an hour (like 20 percent of that taxed away as well). Any competent service professional would take their skills to the clean and friendly Amazon warehouses. Places like these make me wish and pray for the expedited overtake of Amazon. At least hobby lobby fears God.I would leave 0 stars, but the melancholy tunes of weezer serenaded me the whole way through. Soothed me like a baby. 1 star.
