I drove nearly an hour to pick up a bumper cover and rear taillight off a parts car that the owner agreed on selling to me about 3 days prior. Upon arrival I saw the car with no bumper cover on it. A young lady came out to see if I needed any assistance and I asked her where the bumper cover was and if there was any chance that the owner had removed it for me. She said definitely not - that he must have sold it. I was furious and I made it clear to her that a had driven about an hour one way to get it. There was no communication to me from the owner that he had sold it the night before until I left the premises. He waited about an hour and a half after I messaged him that I was on the way there to respond with a thumbs up. Not even mentioning then (by then I was on the way home) that he had sold it previously.
So, on to the tail light.... I asked the young lady how much it was. She said whatever the agreed upon price was. At this point I was beyond furious. Clearly I had to hold my end of the agreement but they didn't have to hold theirs. So I paid the agreed upon price and removed the part and left. No price break given to me for my wasted time or gas money, just a half ass apology. The owner eventually apologized too, "Sold it last night , sorry". That was it...
But if this how they do business with just a couple car parts, I can imagine how they'll screw you over if you try to buy a car from them. There is no way in hell I could recommend them higher than the minimum one star. One star is very gracious.

Don’t buy from them they will sell you a car that isn’t safe to drive they will get people killed with there negligence they also charge way above market value for there cars avoid ride now at all costs

What started as a terrible day ended very good thanks to ride now. I'm a single mother and was in a tough situation. Ride now made the process of car shopping so easy and they truly care about their customers. I love my vehicle, thank you so much!

This family is amazing! I came back and bought a car from them again and they were honest upfront about everything and seriously waited to give me a car until they had everything fixed!
Loved them and always will keep coming back!
The financing was amazing for me as I’m a single mom and can’t afford much! But very impressed and will always be grateful for them!

Knowingly sold me a car with massive problems knowing i had 3 kids and needed something reliable. Do not come here! Will rip you off any chance they can get! Owner said he drove it for 1000 miles before he sold it but yet the car had cobwebs in the back window. What a joke! These were the front tires they put on…

Don’t buy a car here they’re complete junk and they’ll turn off the check engine light before you drive the car or even test drive it and then after they make the sale they don’t care at that point of what happens to the car they’ll tell you what you wanna hear but won’t be true 99% of these cars are junk and won’t pass an inspection they’ll basically take your money and you for granted DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

I have actually bought multiple cars from this lot and they have always worked with me even when I was in a pinch. Communication is the key Remember it's a used car lot they don't sell brand new vehicles. I would still buy vehicles here
